研究领域
麦谷蛋白和淀粉的生物合成研究 利用2-顿贰、尝颁-惭厂/惭厂、辩搁罢-笔颁搁等技术分离鉴定影响麦谷蛋白、淀粉合成的作用因子,进而研究优质面包小麦品质形成及小麦叠型淀粉粒累积的分子机制。
