主持国家自然科学基金2项,主持国家重大转基因专项课题2项。参加国家重大基础研究(973)和863课题、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划,国家自然科学基金重大项目10余项。以模式植物衣藻、小立碗藓以及拟南芥为研究对象,在CellPNASCell ResearchFrontiers in Plant Science等国际着名期刊发表论文30余篇,在国内中文期刊发表论文30篇。2014-2020被北京师范大学附属实验中学聘请为翱翔计划校外导师
