简历介绍      

杨美玲,女,博士,副教授,硕士生导师研究工作围绕“重要农业害虫控制的新理念、新思路和新技术”这一重要科学问题,以我国重要的农业昆虫为模式系统,运用表观遗传学和分子生物学等多学科交叉手段,开展昆虫对环境的适应性和表型可塑性的调控机制研究。迄今已在PNASNature communicationsScience AdvanceseLifePLoS Genetics等国际学术期刊发表论文30余篇,在国际研究领域产生重要影响。研究成果被多位国际着名昆虫学家在Current Opinion in Insect SciencePLoS Biologue以及eLife上撰文评述,并多次受到F1000的重点推荐。主持多项国家自然科学基金并参与国家重大研究计划项目。担任中国昆虫学会青年工作委员会委员。参与项目重要经济昆虫分子进化与分子毒理学研究获山西省科学技术叁等奖。获授权发明专利9项,参编着作一部。    

研究领域:      

1、生态基因组学    

在基因组、转录组以及表观遗传水平系统研究昆虫对环境的适应性;    

3、神经生物学及行为    

研究神经系统对昆虫行为的调控机制;    

2、表型可塑性研究    

研究昆虫生长发育、繁殖、和行为的可塑性;
