报告人介绍:
张杰,中国科学院微生物研究所,副研究员,青年研究组长。
2002年毕业于武汉大学,获学士学位;2007年毕业于中科院上海生命科学研究院/北京生命科学研究所,获博士学位;2007-2008年在美国Columbia University和Baylor College of Medicine进行博士后研究;2008-2011年在北京生命科学研究所任研究助理;2012年起在中科院微生物研究所任青年研究组长。
研究组研究方向为植物与病原微生物跨界识别的分子机制,包括:分离植物免疫信号通路中的新组分,鉴定其免疫调控机理;研究病原微生物效应蛋白的生化功能和操控植物免疫的分子机理。主要研究成果发表于Cell Host Microbe, eLife, Plant Physiology, Molecular Plant, New Phytologist等国际知名期刊。
